Welcome to Hidden Meadows neighborhood. The HOA Board of Hidden Meadows is a volunteer group of homeowners who act on the behalf of all homeowners to maintain the neighborhood, enforce the CCRs, and generally provide management for the neighborhood.

 

We have a  pool that is accessible to homeowners, who are up-to-date on their HOA dues. After closing on your new home, you will receive a key that allows access to the pool. You also will receive information related to the rules for the pool, where to find pertinent information to the neighborhood, and a form for completion to add you to the neighborhood directory. The key and information related to the neighborhood will be delivered to you once we have confirmation from the title company that the closing occurred, and we have received the initial payment for HOA membership and dues.

 

When you get a chance, please submit via email the homeowner information to hoa@hiddenmeadowsneighborhood.com. This allows the board to have relevant contact information for ease of communication.
