Pool & Amenities
HOA Committees
All members of the Pool & Amenities Committee (PAC) are appointed and removed by the HOA board. Appointed committee members serve the PAC for a calendar year term. All homeowners whose HOA dues are paid in full and have no unpaid fines are eligible to serve on the PAC.

Under the guidance of the HOA Board, the PAC works to maintain all neighborhood amenities, especially the pool. Amenities include, but may not be limited to: pool; pavilion (including bathrooms and storage areas); security cameras; gates; fencing; park; playground; and parking lot.
When neighborhood amenities (especially the pool) require routine or unexpected maintenance, the PAC will submit a recommendation to the HOA Board for approval.

The PAC will also oversee all maintenance and repair projects, satisfactorily verifying their completion. In all matters of policy or rules for the amenities, the PAC submits recommendations to the HOA Board for their approval. The HOA Board will communicate to the neighborhood any decisions or changes in regards to the amenities of Hidden Meadows. In the event of an emergency that would cause an immediate pool closure, the HOA Board authorizes the PAC to spend up to $300.00 for an emergency repair or to rectify a code violation without prior HOA Board approval. All emergency expenses meeting the qualifications stated prior that exceed $300.00 must first get approval from the HOA Board.
A member of the HOA Board will serve as liaison between the PAC and the HOA Board. In this liaison role, the HOA Board member will guide the PAC as the committee's chairman.
