Hidden Meadows
HOA Committees
Our committees are an essential part of the Hidden Meadows HOA community. Apart from supporting our HOA board, our committees provide services that our neighborhood needs to succeed.

First, they provide valuable assistance to the Board. Because board members are homeowners and may not have extensive management experience, having these committees to work alongside us means that we can delegate some of the tasks and responsibilities to volunteer homeowners. The Hidden Meadows HOA committees take care of the important day-to-day tasks, while board members can focus on bigger HOA duties.

And lastly, our HOA committees help foster community engagement. Residents can become involved in community matters by being part of one of our committees, and have a voice in matters such as maintaining property values and resident safety. Joining a Hidden Meadow HOA committee not only fosters community engagement, but also helps the board focus on more overarching community tasks. Currently, we have four volunteer HOA Committees: Architectural Review, Pool & Amenities, Landscaping, and Neighborhood Watch.
