The Hidden Meadows Architectural Review Committee (ARC) purpose is to assure that the installation, construction, or alteration of any structure on any lot conforms to the Hidden Meadows CC&R's. The ARC maintains conformity through the approval or disapproval of plans for any construction or alteration of any structure on any lot in Hidden Meadows.

The ARC also reports violations of the CC&R's regarding structures to the Hidden Meadows Homeowners Association Board. See Article VI of our communities CC&R's to learn more.  

    

If you are considering a project that will require approval from the Architectural Review Committee, please submit your completed application via email to: hm.hoa.areviewcommittee@gmail.com. ​Please keep in mind that the ARC meets on the last Tuesday of every month. All submissions will be reviewed and discussed by the committee at that time.
